Beverly Hills has a new boutique address—and it’s leaning all the way into Old Hollywood dramatics. Officially opened on April 2, The Hôtel Lili marks Palisociety’s latest project, transforming a 1930s private residence on Lasky Drive into a 44-key hotel.

Beyond its French-inspired façade, the hotel feels like a deliberate departure from the neighborhood’s sprawling legacy properties. Under the direction of Avi Brosh, the space is a masterclass in nostalgia—blending bronze-lacquered details and burnt-orange velvet with a sweeping staircase that practically demands a theatrical entrance.

The guest rooms trade grandeur for personality. Blue tasseled “Do Not Disturb” signs, vintage teal telephones, and playful illustrations give the space a transportive, pied-à-terre identity. It’s polished, but never too serious—reinforced by Diptyque amenities and a palette that mixes soft neutrals with warm, sunset-toned reds.

Downstairs, the social pulse centers around an intimate cocktail bar. The move: the Lili’s Martini—a bright mix of vodka, lychee, and lemon—paired with elevated bar snacks beneath a wallpapered ceiling.

“Hôtel Lili, like all of our stays, has that signature Palisociety feel—but this one really brings the ‘home’ element to Beverly Hills,” says Michael Leopold O. Tan, Director of Travel Industry and Leisure at Palisociety.

With its residential scale and cinematic interiors, Hôtel Lili isn’t trying to be a destination hotel. Instead, it plays like a well-kept neighborhood secret—the kind of place you want to be in on.
