Hotel Snapshot
Helmed by the Mar-Bella Collection, Nido is Corfu’s answer to the sophisticated hideaway, trading massive resort energy for a 70-suite sanctuary that feels like a private residence. It’s a masterclass in the island's "triple heritage," blending British, French, and Italian influences into a sleek, adults-only retreat overlooking the Ionian Sea.
Design & Character
Architect M-Agiostratis leaned into an aesthetic that mirrors Corfu’s Old Town with Venetian arches and hidden courtyards. The vibe is lived-in luxury: think weathered lime paints and bespoke antique mirrors in the lobby, balanced by theOrangerie, a sun-drenched, botanical-filled glass house that smells of wild rosemary and jasmine.
Rooms & Suites
The suites are a lesson in Mediterranean restraint—all neutral tones, velvet accents, and sea-view showers. Each room pairs 19th-century-style furniture with modern, handmade pieces. The real draw, however, is the terrace; most come equipped with private infinity pools or jacuzzis that blur the line between your suite and the sea.
Amenities
The main infinity pool is the property's social anchor, featuring submerged daybeds for peak summer lounging. After dark, the energy shifts to the pool bar veranda—an elevated, open-air spot that’s practically made for a pre-dinner negroni under the stars.
Food + Drink
Dining is as much about the architecture as the plate. San Giovanni offers a classical setting framed by Venetian loggias, while Apaggio serves as the hotel’s breezy rooftop garden. Here, you can dine among Mediterranean plants with a backdrop that stretches across the water to the Greek mainland.
Spa & Wellness
Low-maintenance luxury is the theme at the two-cabin spa. It’s an intimate, "quality over quantity" space tucked away from the sun decks, focusing on targeted massages and beauty treatments that mirror the hotel’s quiet, restorative atmosphere.
Location & Neighborhood Recs
Wrapped in ancient olive groves, Nido feels delightfully secluded. When you’re ready to trade the silence for culture, the winding kantounia and historic architecture of Corfu Old Town are just a short drive away, offering a real-world look at the heritage that inspired the hotel’s design.
